MTV Video Music Awards, cinque nomination per Katy Perry e otto per Kendrick Lamar

Saranno Katy Perry, Kendrick Lamar e The Weekend a giocarsi una buona fetta degli MTV Video Music Awards, che si terranno a Los Angeles il 27 agosto. La cantante è in corsa per “Best Pop Video”, “Best Direction”, “Best Collaboration”, “Best Art Direction” e “Best Visual Effects”. L’artista con più candidature è però Kandrick Lamar, grazie al suo album “Damn”. In questa edizione ci saranno alcuni cambiamenti nelle categorie: sono state istituite “Artist of the year”, che elimina le distinzioni di sesso previste negli anni precedenti, e “Best fight against the system”.
